From receiving your job description we take 2 weeks to source and shortlist candidates. We will then arrange your interviews at your earliest convenience and once you have made your selection we can have your Sortr set up and ready to go as soon as possible.

Our dedicated IT team are constantly monitoring our network and devices. We use Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender to secure our devices and your data.

We ensure all business data is segregated to a dedicated account and device. Our full-time employees are 100% dedicated to your team so you don’t need to worry about them working for a competitor or another business. We also adhere to a strict confidentiality agreement with our employees, and they respect your privacy.

Our IT team ensure each device is set up with the required software for the role. Any access or login details specific to the software will require set up and sharing from your side. We are also able to support the use of Virtual Desktops if required.

Daily tasks/requirements and KPIs will come directly from you as our staff are an extension of your team. When it comes to payroll, HR and administration we have you covered so you can focus on your core business. We run monthly check ins with all employees and seek regular feedback from our clients to ensure expectations are being met.

Our main talent pool is based in Pampanga, Philippines, known for its strong English proficiency, cultural alignment with Australian businesses, and excellent work ethic. We also have access to special talent in Delhi, India.
