Most clients are up and running within 2–4 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of support required. This includes understanding your requirements, allocating the right team member for your business, and onboarding into your systems. We focus on setting things up properly from the start so support can be delivered consistently from day one. Timelines may vary slightly for more specialised or technical support requirements.

You remain in control of your systems, data, and processes at all times. Our team works within your existing tools, with access managed by you, ensuring transparency and continuity across your operations. Our team use Sortr laptops which are monitored by our dedicated IT team for security.

Our full-time employees are 100% dedicated to your team so you don’t need to worry about them working for a competitor or another business. We also adhere to a strict confidentiality agreement with our employees, and they respect your privacy.

Our IT team ensure each device is set up with the required software for the role. Any access or login details specific to the software will require set up and sharing from your side. We are also able to support the use of Virtual Desktops if required.

Daily tasks/requirements and KPIs will come directly from you as our staff are an extension of your team. When it comes to payroll, HR and administration we have you covered so you can focus on your core business. We run monthly check ins with all employees and seek regular feedback from our clients to ensure expectations are being met.

Our main services are based in Pampanga, Philippines, known for its strong English proficiency, cultural alignment with Australian businesses, and excellent work ethic. We also have a specialised team in Delhi, India, for specific accounting and freight forwarding support.
